2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the website — for example by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or using it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly on screen. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your order.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under EU consumer law you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. In addition, Noctis offers 30-day returns: you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Send items back unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, opened pet food, treats, grooming products and other sealed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

8. Legal guarantee

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years under EU law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
